Being a life long runner and more having completed the New York City Marathon and the Disneyworld Marathon, I understand the discipline and determination it takes to reach the finish line. Having worked as a bookkeeper for several large companies in South Florida, I also understand the importance of building good relationships with clients and co-workers in getting the job done. Raising our two sons here in Henderson County has intensified my belief in fair play, honest communication and a good sense of humor.

Born and raised in South Florida, a Western North Carolina transplant by choice Graduate of Florida International University Married to Jim Oberlies, a native North Carolinian. Proud Mom to both Zack and Cameron. Both boys are attending college in North Carolina. Nancy is currently a member on the Hendersonville Board MLS.

Nancy has been a member of the Henderson County Board of Realtors, NCAR, and NAR since 2007.
